Myth: To lose weight, I should only focus on aerobic exerciseReality: While aerobic exercise helps you burn calories, strength training helps you reduce body fat, increase your lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. It’s also important to stretch and exercise your core muscles for flexibility, balance, and good circulation.
