Strength Training for All!

Just yesterday on the evening news, the TV anchor was professing benefits of strength training for older adults as one of the best ways to stay healthy as you grow older.  As I have professed many times on this blog, “you shouldn’t be afraid of training with weights!”  Now, this isn’t to say that you should go to your local gym, load up the bar with 100’s of pounds, and try to pump some iron!  However, if you start working with a NJ Certified Personal Trainer, the use of weights in your exercise routine will only benefit you in the long run.  Give us a call to see how.
