Top 10 New Year’s Resolutions

What do you think the top 10 New Year’s resolutions are?  Here is just one list from About.com.  The trick to keeping most of these resolutions is to break some bad habits that you have developed over time.  A better alternative to a resolution is to develop new goals for the future. For example, in place of “stop eating junk food” try “eat more healthy food”.  You will not feel as deprived since you are not taking something away, rather you are adding better food choices.  It is always easier to add a behavior than to deprive oneself of something!  Before you know it you will be substituting good behavior for bad.  A NJ Certified Personal Trainer can help you set some realistic fitness goals that you will be able to keep. Visit our NJ Personal Training Studio for a complimentary personal training session to find out more.   Put 2011 in your rear view mirror and make the new year the start of something great!!!
