NJ Personal Training Guide: Healthy Halloween Snacks

OMG, it’s that awful time of the year when our houses fill up with all that candy and chocolate for Halloween. A piece of dark chocolate now and then is actually very good for you, but 16 mini Kit Kat bars aren’t going to help you get to your goals. It’s a time when your will power is put to the test.  There are several sites out there for some healthy choices for Halloween, and this one from Disney’s Family Fun website has some great ideas.  Stay strong my friends!!!
