NJ Personal Training Guide: Don’t Be Afraid of Weight Training

Many new clients who train at our Wyckoff, NJ personal training studio have never even thought of working out with free weights. Although many of you have seen those guys at the gym pumping iron and have kept your distance, I have to tell you that weight training should be an essential part of your workout. A proper lifting technique is a must and you should have a NJ certified personal trainer help you get started, but don’t ignore those weights – they will help you reach your goals!
