NJ Personal Training Guide: Kick Those Bad Habits

As I tell all my clients if weight loss was easy, no one would need the services of a personal trainer.  That being said there are some basic bad habits that you can avoid that may be hindering your weight loss efforts. Following are two good lists of bad habits to avoid from and yahoo health that will help.
