NJ Personal Training Guide: Running and Breathing

As this great article from points out, when first starting out, many runners struggle with running and breathing. Many of you have heard of the running term VO2Max.  The higher your VO2Max the better.  For those of you that are not familiar with the term, it basically means the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in and actually utilize at max exertion.  If you can increase your VO2Max, you can perform better and therefore get a better workout.  If you would like to learn how to increase your VO2Max give us a call and we can help you on your way to a better workout and a better you!
