NJ Personal Training Guide: Kettlebell Training

If you are intimidated by the weight rack at your local fitness club you are not alone!  Squats have been a core exercise in gyms across America – just ask Arnold and his friend!!!  But you do not need 1200 pounds of weights in your basement to get a workout that will challenge you and tone some of the most difficult areas of your body. Squats with a set of kettlebells will do the job just fine! Kettlebells have been around forever, but they have gained recent popularity because they can provide an awesome workout.
